Michael P. Cohen is a native of Philadelphia who now resides in Wynnewood, PA with his wife. His family tree is full of entrepreneurs so it was no surprise when Michael started renting, buying and selling commercial and residential real estate over 20 years ago. His background in Philadelphia and personal business contacts will improve the ease and speed of your real estate experience. His personal training in sales and self-employment has helped him to develop the self-discipline and people skills needed to help make your experience a very positive one. Now in his 60’s Michael wants to give back to the baby boomers relocate and downsize. In his free time he likes to spend it down the shore, hanging on the beach or fishing on his boat.

Born and raised in the Midwest, Rachel moved to Philadelphia in 2001 and enjoyed a career in urban planning/community development and affordable housing for 17 years. She joined KW Philly in 2018 and continues to serve Philadelphia-area residents by assisting their real estate needs and supporting clients to get the best price for their property to help build generational wealth through real estate.
She is committed to providing friendly, personalized service and expert management of each client’s transaction. She strives to make the property sale process as low-stress as possible and ensures frequent communication with clients so they are always aware of the status of their transaction.
